What does Anzac day stand for?

Anzac day is when we remember all the Australian and New Zealand soldiers in world war one. There were eighteen thousand people that lost their lives and forty thousand people that were hurt.

    Thanks for sharing what Anzac stands for. You have made it very clear from your explanation. Something to remember is when you are pasting something into your blog from another doc you need to use control/SHIFT/v so you don't end up with the long run on sentences across the page.

    You have done some great research into finding out what ANZAC stands for and explaining why we commemorate Anzac Day each year. It's important to mark this day as the soldiers who went away to war made a huge sacrifice not just for themselves, but for our country too.
    The tip that Sharon gave about control/shift/v is a very useful one for when you are posting blogs! Keep up the Blogging.

  4. Hi Mila, Nice job sharing what you have learnt about Anzac. I like that you have pt this in your own words. Did your family do anything special for Anzac Day? Like Sharon has mentioned above just remember when you are pasting from a doc use control/shift/v so it formats nicely on your page.
